Oscar de la Renta accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise with all original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that evening wear, bridal, and sale items are subject to specific conditions to ensure the integrity of our luxury collections.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, including all designer boxes, dust bags, and authenticity cards provided with your order.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return shipment.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at an authorized UPS location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
